Congrats Edgar! I'd say, my biggest Blood Pressure contributor is caffeine. Its as simple as this: drinking more than 3 diet pepsi's per day = high BP. And this includes having the daily medication. I was always a major Diet Pepsi junkie so its been interesting trying to convert my drinking habits. Some weeks I'm excellent, others not so much, but I'm consistently in the 120/80 range for my doc visits.

I know we bicker a lot, and I (dare?) to pick on you, but dude, you are made of win. I'm especially impressed with the attitude that you handle bad things that happen to you -- no more than two days after a personal tragedy you were already posting light hearted things to immediately pick yourself up and douse the negative flames as best as possible. Learned a lot vicariously.
your fight against diabetes. Sounds similar to my fight against ADHD -- fight the good fight!

Thanks Edgar.
